The possibilities are endless! Choose up to five fillings, including one meat. Add $1 if you’d like more than one meat or extra fillings. Eating gluten free? Have it served as a bowl. Choose from: scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, caramelized onion, rosemary-garlic potatoes, cheddar or feta cheese, peppers, seasonal roasted veggies, black beans, tomatoes, sautéed seasonal green, seasonal salsa, pesto, hummus. $9.75

Granola Bowl NOT made with GF oats, but still might be suitable for those simply sensitive to gluten
We make our granola in-house and change varieties frequently. Check the Weekly Specials for the current variety. Can be served with milk, almond milk or yogurt. $6.00 for a bowl; $3.50 for a cup.

Quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, caramelized onions, and sauteed greens topped with an over easy egg and crispy chickpeas. $6.00

Diner Burger – gluten free without the bun
This hamburger is made from fresh ground beef smashed on the griddle, for crispy edges and an authentic diner experience. Make it your own by indicating options on the order sheet. $8.00

Chili Verde Pork Tacos – gluten free without the tortilla
Pork shoulder, slow cooked with Convivium made tomatillo salsa verde. Topped with queso fresco, shredded cabbage. 2 for $8.50; 3 for $10.25

Falafel Wrap – gluten free without the wrap
Falafel a flavorful mixture of pureed chickpeas cilantro and onion, that is traditionally formed into “meatballs” and deep fried. We make ours into a veggie burger patty that is grilled and topped with tomato, cucumber, lemon tahini sauce and served in a wrap. $9.25

Seasonal Salad
During our growing season, we have new and different produce available almost daily. Our seasonal salad highlights what we are currently harvesting from the gardens. Served with our house maple balsamic dressing. Check the Weekly Specials for the current salad. $6.25 half; $9.25 whole, add $2 for chicken

Balsamic Roasted Veggie
We roast in-season vegetables with balsamic and olive oil and serve over a bed of greens, topped with toasted pecans and goat cheese along with our house maple balsamic dressing. $6.25 half; $9.25 whole, add $2 for chicken
