I was introduced to this delicious dish, fairly recently, by dear friends Natalie and Alfonzo. This Brazilian dish consists of beans, pork and/or beef served with coconut rice, sausage and orange slices. This is a perfect meal to feature our home grown black beans. Freezes well.
