Valentine’s Day Meal & Cooking Demo

Enjoy a glass of champagne as Convivium co-founder Leslie Shalabi, along with Chef Tomas will demonstrate how to prepare a number of dishes including: herbed butter bean hummus, vegetable risotto, pan-seared scallops, lamb chops and molten chocolate cake – see full menu below.
Then (the best part!) sit to enjoy each of these courses. We can seat you as a couple or group, whichever you prefer. Leslie and Tomas will suggest wine pairings that will be available for purchase with each course.
Space is limited for this event. Tickets are $55 per person and includes a welcome glass of champagne, an appetizer and four course meal. TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED HERE.

Second Course: Pan-seared Scallops on bed of Sweet Corn Puree with Bacon Crumbles
Third Course: Spiced Lamb Chop with Mango-Mint Chutney
Dessert: Individual Molten Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream and Strawberries
