Meats for the Holidays

For many of us, the main event of our holiday meal is the meat. Although it may not be possible to surprise your family with a completely different choice this year, if you are looking for ways to add a little variety to your holiday main course – this class is for you!
Join Convivium Chef Tomas for a delicious and educational class where you will learn tips and tricks on how to confidently season, bake, and cut three different types of meat. You will help make a pork loin with vegetables, herb seasoned and roast a whole chicken, and make turkey breasts stuffed with kale, sausage, golden raisins and pine nuts. All dishes will be sampled during class and recipes will be provided to take home.
