Holiday Bread Making

Tis the season for… holiday baking! Many of us have our go-to holiday recipes that we prepare each year, but this class will introduce you to three different and easy holiday breads that will quickly become some of your new favorites.
Join Convivium chef, Saralyn, for this introductory class where you will learn how to make a gingerbread, a stollen and a holiday scone – perfect for Christmas morning or upcoming potluck. All three breads will be prepared and enjoyed during class; recipes will be provided for participants to take home. All skill levels welcome.
