Difficult to pronounce, but delicious to eat, quinoa (keen-WAH) is a versatile superfood that will quickly become a must-have in your pantry. Join Convivium chef, Saralyn, for Cooking with Quinoa as she explains everything you need to know about this gluten-free, protein-packed seed: how to pronounce it, how to cook it, and the best ways to enjoy it.
In this hands-on class, participants will make a Fall Quinoa Salad, Quinoa Breakfast Bowl, and a Chicken Parmesan Quinoa Casserole (pictured here). You will then enjoy each of the three meals and recipes will be provided to take home!
